We're looking for one Sales GM, several full-time/part-time sales and social media specialists in Canada. Interns are also welcomed.
Sales GM
What you'll do:

Identify and engage with potential corporate clients in Eastern Canada and the Atlantic region, fostering and maintaining long-term partnerships.

Analyze market trends in the Eastern Canada and Atlantic region, discern client needs, and propose innovative marketing and sales solutions tailored to the local market.
-
Develop comprehensive sales plans and strategies specific to the Eastern Canada and Atlantic region to meet or exceed sales targets.
-
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and enhance client satisfaction in marketing and sales initiatives focused on the Eastern Canada and Atlantic region.

Regularly monitor sales progress in the Eastern Canada and Atlantic region and provide detailed sales reports to senior management.

Participate in industry events and trade shows in Eastern Canada and the Atlantic region to expand the client network and bolster market presence in the marketing and sales domain specific to this geographic area.
Qualifications:
-
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

3-5 years of experience as a middle-tier manager in trade, broadcasting or other related area are required

Proven ability of digital goods/services sales

What you'll do:

Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to inform company positioning and sales strategies.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and providing value-added services.

Social Media Specialist
What you'll do:

Content Creation: Plan and create high-quality content, including but not limited to articles, images, videos, and other multimedia content. Create reference database upon collection of clients' product-related information such as industry trend and market feedback.

Social Media Management: Manage the company’s social media accounts, regularly posting content and interacting with followers to enhance brand influence and user engagement.

Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze performance metrics of social media platforms, such as click-through rates, readership, engagement rates, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Trend Monitoring: Keep abreast of industry trends and new media developments, proposing innovative operational and promotional strategies.
Qualifications:
Basic:

Excellent copywriting and editing skills

Proficient in operating various social media platforms

Familiar with data analysis tools and possesses strong analytical skills

Strong creative thinking, able to independently plan and execute content and activities

Good communication and coordination skills, with a team-oriented mindset
Preferred:

Experience in social media operations, marketing, communications, or related fields

Live broadcast, video production or brand promotion copywriting planning or new media promotion and other related work experience preferred

Proven ability of original ariticles creation for brand promotion.
